Shipping and Sales Tax Policy:

 We can accept orders anytime, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, via our web site or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MT, M-F by telephone. Orders will be processed (pending credit card approval) within 24 hours of being placed, if placed Monday - Thursday. Orders placed Friday (after 2:00 pm MT) - Sunday will be processed the next business day. A business day is Monday - Friday, except holidays. Orders shipped via UPS services cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses. Certain products drop ship directly from manufacturers to you and may be subject to lead times ranging from 1-3 business days prior to shipment. Some equipment / accessories are built to order and may have lead times of up to 10 business days.

Return Policy and Information:

To return a product to, you will need to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 10 business days of your receiving your order. This can be done by submitting an RA request with a customer service representative on the phone at 866-754-8885 or fax request to 719-344-2263. A customer services representative will be happy to assist you with your return. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RA number.

Return Policy: accepts returns on merchandise from select manufacturers within 10 days of receiving your order. Original shipping charges are not credited on returned items unless there was an error on our part. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for shipping back returned items unless we or a drop ship partner shipped an incorrect item(s). Returns within 10 days of receiving your order can be for either exchange or credit at, Inc's discretion.
Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies and restocking fees of up to 25% may apply to some approved returns. All acceptable products for return (RA required) MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the products, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Non-stock & built upon order equipment such as Micro-Image Capture products cannot be returned for credit  because they are "made to order" according to your specifications. These products can be traded for other products upon approval and within the 10 day return period. Special order (not in stock) parts, supplies and accessories that we acquire to fill your order cannot be returned for a refund for any reason.

Cabinets: Microfilm, Microfiche and Aperture Card filing cabinets are custom made by our manufacturer (60-90 day lead time to manufacture) at the time of your order/payment and cannot be returned for any reason. We will ship them insured and if there is damage in transit, we will file a claim and replace the damaged unit with another as soon as we can have it made. 
Used equipment is typically refurbished, repaired and/or serviced upon order and consignment equipment is purchased for you from a third party, so we therefore have a "no return" policy with respect to these items.
Equipment, parts and supplies shipped outside of the United States cannot be returned for any reason.
Damaged Goods:
 If a product is damaged when received, that damage took place during transit to your location. It is the responsibility of the receiver to properly record that damage on the receiving documents and call us within 24 hours so that we can file a claim with the freight company for the repair or replacement of the unit.

New equipment is warranted for 90 days from the date of purchase. Used  & refurbished equipment is warranted for 30 days from the date of purchase for parts replacement only, not for labor or travel charges associated with required service. Damage to equipment as a result of misuse or neglect is not warranted. Damage due to acts of nature, fires, liquid or electrical shorts are not covered under warranty.

Production equipment such as Archive Writers, Duplicators, Document Scanners & Microfilm Scanners are capable of producing large amounts of conversion work in a short period of time. Therefore, there is a "No-Return" policy on these systems. The 30 day warranty applies only to replacement parts on any of the above mentioned systems and not to the ability to return the item after receipt.
Manufacturer's original warranty on new equipment is administered through the manufacturer and/or the local authorized dealer and not Extended service contracts sold by for new or refurbished equipment are not transferable and are valid only for the original purchaser, equipment and installation location.

Cancellations during production of built upon order equipment, before shipment is made are subject to a 25% restocking charge. If purchased by credit card, a 3% charge-back fee will be deducted from any valid approved return. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. All shipping cost for returned merchandise will be paid for by the shipper.

No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted. Only shipping cost for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid by The return must be shipped by standard ground shipment or regular First Class Mail in order for shipping cost credit. We will not credit the extra shipping cost of express delivery. We will only refund shipping cost if the item is returned by First Class Mail, US Priority Mail or UPS Ground Shipping. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

If equipment arrives damaged, note that damage on the shipping invoice and notify the carrier immediately. Save the original box and packing material the unit arrived in and notify immediately to arrange for freight carrier inspection, carrier insurance claim and a possible pick up of damaged equipment.
